Mattertag not "Sticking"

Problem just started in the few scans. The tags will not stick, I am trying floors and such not trying to make them float and not connect to anything. Am using a Mac.

Just spoke to support and they said to switch to Chrome or Firefox instead of Safari..It worked with Chrome
