buy back refund

Has anyone else had issues receiving their buy back refund? It has been confirmed but is taking far longer than the suggested 30 days. I even posted the camera back on the day of my mother's funeral as I didn't want any excuse for not sending it back in time to get my refund. I have now been told week after week it will get paid this week. But to no avail! Has anyone else had the same experience?

    I'm very sorry for how long this process has taken.  A few unexpected snags have been hit with out accounting system, which created a massive backlog.  We have your support request and are looking into this issue.  Management will be in touch with you via the support request very soon with more information.
