Problem of Mattertag™ Posts' Media

hello everyone
I had met a matter.
No matter what URL address I filled into the Media of Mattertag™ Posts,it return "we aren't able to find......"
It has bothered me for a long time..
P.S.:May I have some methods to add a music into my workshop?

Hi Luca,
Please let me know what URL you are trying to add to the Media field in your Mattertag Post.
The URL has to point to specific files online such as image or video files. A Youtube URL will also work, but not a URL pointing to a full webpage.
