What is the cause of this lag? Can we make a change via the cloud?

    The most common cause of issues like the vertical line above of a wobbly camera. Unfortunately that's not something that can be fixed via the cloud.

    If you write into support.matterport.com with the model ID we can take a deeper look to see if something else may be going on.
