Presentation / Pitch format to venue operators

I'm interested what works best for MSP's pitching for new business...

Does anyone have a preferred sales procedure to adopt that they stick by religiously when presenting to a new client?

Perhaps you introduce Matterport in slides using the sell points included in the PDF's?

Or perhaps you demonstrate navigating around some of your own spaces?

Or maybe you use videos - either Matterport or screen captures of relevant spaces?

What sort of questions work for you?

What sort of closing techniques do you use?

I'm sure everyone adopts their pitch differently but I'm interested in the commonality between MP professionals that tend to yield the best results.

Any feedback appreciated.

  • I am fairly new to this, but I find so far the most powerful tool is showing them a tour.  I am also targeting businesses with more than one site and offering the first scan free.
