MSP reach out procedure

Hi everyone!
I've now received 3 MSP emails via Matterport from people trying to find an agent in my area, the first 2 I contacted the clients to introduce myself, I simply asked them to contact me at their convenience when they were ready to discuss their requirements. But I didn't get a call or email. What do you do when you get an MSP recommendation? I don't want to loose the 3rd one!

  • Hi @James  Basically, what I do is place a phone call as soon as I can respond.  Hopefully they answer the phone and I can talk directly with them.  If we talk then I follow up with an email.

    If they don't answer I place another call the next day.  If still no answer then I email them.

    In both cases I follow up with subsequent emails.

  • Hi James! We provide the contact details of the lead on your introduction email so that you can reach out as soon as possible! If provided, we recommend calling the phone number to expedite your rate of connecting. It sounds like you were extremely prompt and proactive about reaching out. However, we recommend attempting to make a few touch points with the lead - have you followed up after the initial email/phone call?

    Would love to hear the follow up strategy of other MSPs after receiving pre-qualified scan service leads from Matterport!

  • @James, good luck with your third MSP referral and future ones.  I've received several and they have fallen into two groups:  1) what seems like another MSP looking to see competition or 2) no response to my followup. I hear your concern loud and clear.  It can be frustrating and I wish I had a a great piece of advice.  Erin
