Requests Fulfilled Forum

Create a new forum area for feature requests that are fulfilled. Move posts there when fulfilled.

    Hey @Chris Hickman, do you think this is better as a separate area? Or worth including here, so people can see their requests as they're filled?

    I suppose you could make fulfilled requests sticky and change the subject line to 'FULLFILLED: [old subject'] -- but over time, it would grow to needing a separate forum.
