We tried also with different browsers:

  • @Miro Quenson Couple of questions & comments..

I would gather some of the specifics about one or two of the personal computers your customer is using and contact Matterport Support by opening a ticket.  Occasionally people may have an issue viewing a Matterport showcase but it appears that possibly the issue is limited to your customer and their specific computer systems.  There are many reasons (like WebGL - https://support.matterport.com/hc/en-us/articles/208220058-3D-Showcase-System-Requirements) that can cause an issue.

Maybe try a few other things to help isolate what the problem might be.  Do they have tablets or smartphones? There is a Matterport Showcase app for IOS - not sure if it's developed for Android yet. (https://matterport.com/download-matterport-apps/) .. are they able to view your showcase via smartphone or tablet by using the link you provided me?  Then you have narrowed down the information you can include in your Matterport support ticket.
