  • Every MLS is different but there is usually a place for a virtual tour link. I know it is under the general details area (rooms, bathrooms, etc) on the one I help a realtor out with. You put the unbranded link in that field. Then that info gets pulled out to zillow, trulia, etc.

I hope this answers your question and helps you out.

  • @justincolbyvaughn is right. Every MLS is different, but most will have a field in which you can paste the link from your Space page in order to embed your Matterport Space in the MLS listing.

I just wanted to add that some MLS systems prohibit any links to be part of the Space. This includes the 3D glasses icon in the bottom, right corner, which links to the VR Space. If your MLS doesn't want to see any links, I would recommend using the "MSL Compliant" link instead. It's located in the Sharing section on the Space page, as indicated in the screenshot below.

  • What if the MLS offers a branded and an unbranded space? I put the branded link in the Branded space and am checking Zillow/Trulia...don't see an anything yet. Does it take time? Or do I have to manually embed these links?

  • I honestly don't know how long it takes but I would think either your MLS pushes updates out or the others pull info from your MLS.

How long does it take to get updated info on those sites? Sometimes the link isn't the easiest to find.

I don't think trulia has a tour link. Zillow's is located under facts after the description.

    I hope this helps.

  • I would only add unbranded only, just to be sure you are within the rules!

  • Thank you for the help everyone! I was able to use the MLS compatible link on the unbranded space in MLS and most synced to Zillow. However, Trulia is a different story. I had to manually enter it (even though Trulia says it is all synced from Zillow), and even after manually entering it, the link on the property's page opens up a new blank webpage that is 'untitled'. Trulia is closed today for the holidays, but I am hoping there is a solution to this.

    Thanks!
