How Do I Undo A Pending Cancellation Request?

If you change your mind before a scheduled cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription term, the Account Owner can always undo the cancellation from the settings page. 

  1. Log into the Matterport Cloud (my.matterport.com). Only the Account Owner is allowed to undo a scheduled cancellation.
  2. From the user dropdown, click on Settings
  3. Click on the Billing tab
  4. On the "Billing" page, click the "Undo cancellation" link in the Account subscription section.
