How Do I Undo A Pending Cancellation Request?
If you change your mind before a scheduled cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription term, the Account Owner can always undo the cancellation from the settings page.
- Log into the Matterport Cloud (my.matterport.com). Only the Account Owner is allowed to undo a scheduled cancellation.
- From the user dropdown, click on Settings
- Click on the Billing tab
- On the "Billing" page, click the "Undo cancellation" link in the Account subscription section.
