Designate Privileges for Admins

Instructions 

I. Designate the Billing Contact Admin 

Keep in mind, you can only have one Billing Contact Admin assigned to your account at a time.

  1. Go to my.matterport.com/settings/account/roles.
  2. Scroll to the Billing Contact section of the page, and click the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the admin user from the list you want to grant these permissions to.
  4. Click the blue "Assign" button.

In this example, "Andrew Admin" is the current Billing Contact - we are changing it to make "Anna Admin" the new Billing Contact. 

II. Change the Account Owner 

Every Matterport account must have one designated Account Owner at any given time - to assign new Account Owner privileges to a new admin, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to my.matterport.com/settings/account/roles.
  2. Scroll to the "Account Owner" section, and click the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose an available admin user from the list. 
  4. Click the blue "Assign" button to the right. roles1.png

If you're having trouble logging in as the current Account Owner, contact our Customer Success team to verify ownership of the account.
