FAQ: Exiting the Leica BLK360 Beta

I signed up for the beta, but I never got around to actually using it! What do I do?
No problem! The integration is now a normal, fully-supported feature, so just grab a BLK360 and an iPad with the Matterport Capture app and start scanning!
I have a BLK360 but no Matterport camera or cloud account. How do I use the integration?
Contact our Customer Success team. We can set you up with a hosting-only account. Better yet — buy a Matterport Pro2 3D Camera too so you can get the best of both worlds while scanning.
I have a Matterport Cloud (my.matterport.com) account but no BLK360. How do I use the integration?
Contact Leica for options about purchasing or renting a BLK360 device in your area.
What will happen to the spaces that I created during the beta period?
Please transfer them to your normal Matterport account. If you do not have a normal Matterport Cloud account, please contact our Customer Success team and we can help. Any spaces in the beta account will be deleted after July 12th, 2018.

To transfer, please use the transfer feature in Matterport Cloud (my.matterport.com) or contact our Customer Success team if you have issues.

Do I still need to use TestFlight?
No, TestFlight is no longer necessary. Go to the App Store, search for Matterport Capture, and download the app. Your scan data will move out of the TestFlight branch and you will return to the normal, production version of the Capture app (version 2.5.2).
What other beta programs are active?
You can still stay on the bleeding edge of 3D scanning and reality capture by joining other beta programs at Matterport. Thanks for your feedback!

Billing Reminder
Going forward, all models with at least one BLK360 scan will cost US $29 to process. Monthly free processing credits cannot be used on BLK360 Spaces.
