Known Issues

Tango Core

Matterport Scenes requires the most recent version of Tango Core. Without this, you may see an error when you attempt to begin a scan.

Tango Core is different from the Tango app (the store you use to discover new Tango content).

Remember to always keep Matterport Scenes and Tango Core up-to-date. If you have a new device, it is likely that your preinstalled applications are not up to date. Learn how to update your apps in Android.

 

Other Issues

Some scans may not align and result in double images or mismatches.

If Matterport Scenes closes unexpectedly, reboot the device.

Solid color walls (and similar surfaces) may appear patchy because of lighting. This can be reduced by scanning from farther away.
