I. If You Bought a Camera
- Check your email address associated with the buy.matterport.com account you used to purchase the camera.
- Invites are sent to your email address directly after purchasing.
- Make sure to check your Updates or Spam folder in case the email was categorized incorrectly.
- Reset your password.
- To do this, go to my.matterport.com and click "Trouble Logging In?", enter your email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.
IIa. If You're Already a Collaborator
Follow the instructions below if you were invited to Matterport but lost the email invite.
- Navigate to my.matterport.com.
- Click "Trouble Logging In?", enter your email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.
IIb. If You're Already a Collaborator
- Ask the administrator to resend the invitation.
- The administrator can do this by going opening the Matterport Cloud and clicking on the "Pending Collaborators" page.
- The administrator can also check the "Deleted Users" page to resend invitations to Collaborators.
- The administrator can do this by going opening the Matterport Cloud and clicking on the "Pending Collaborators" page.
