How to Make Changes to Your Capture Services Appointment

Customers can cancel an order on the All Appointment details page until the appointment changes from Booked to In Progress. 

You can cancel and receive a full credit to your account for the order up until 24 hours before your appointment start time. You will not receive a credit if it is less than 24 hours from your appointment start time.

Start by clicking on the Capture Services icon in your Matterport portal:

Select the appointment you wish to change:

Click on either Cancel or Reschedule:

If you selected Reschedule, click on the form link in the pop-up dialog box:

Fill out the Request form and Click Submit in green when finished and our team will reach out to you as soon as possible. For urgent matters please call 888-325-1808.

If you clicked on the Cancel button, select Yes, Cancel to cancel your order:
