How do I enable TruePlan™ add-on on my Matterport account?

How do I turn on automatic ordering of TruePlan™s from my Xactimate account?

You need to be logged in as an account administrator. Make sure your account has TruePlan™ add-on feature enabled. If it is not enabled, click here to enable TruePlan™ on your Matterport account.

After TruePlan™ is enabled on your account, follow these steps to turn on Verisk Xactimate integration and auto-ordering of TruePlan™.

Where do I get my Xactnet ID?

Xactnet ID is provided by Verisk. Click here for the information on how to find your Xactnet ID.

How many Xactnet IDs can I add in my Matterport account?

You can add up to 100 Xactnet IDs.

I have multiple Matterport accounts. Can I use the same Xactnet ID for them?

No. Xactnet IDs can not be reused for different Matterport accounts.

How long does it take to get my TruePlan™ order?

The status of your TruePlan request is available on your Matterport account dashboard. For orders that are under processing, refer our support page for latest TruePlan™ processing times

We will send an email once it’s ready. You can also check file processing status in Recent Verisk activity on your Matterport account Dashboard.

How do I know that my TruePlan™ is ready?

Once the TruePlan™ is ready for import, we will send an email to the account owner and to the email address you’ve provided in your request in Xactimate.

You can also check TruePlan request status in Recent Verisk activity on your Matterport account Dashboard.

Once ready, the file will appear for import in your Xactimate account. Follow these steps to import TruePlan™ into your Xactimate project or assignment.

Will I be charged for TruePlan™s if I enable automatic ordering?

I can’t enable Verisk Xactimate on my Matterport account

If "Verisk Xactimate" toggle is read-only under your Account Settings, TruePlan™ option might be disabled on your Matterport account. Click here to enable TruePlan™.
